Applications are now open to participate in the FA Leadership Academy 2023.
FALA is a 12-month learning and development programme for 60 young people - Youth Leaders aged 16 – 24 which begins with a four-day residential experience delivered at the end of July. During this residential, you will be joined by fellow Youth Leaders in football from all across the country and take part in workshops and activities which aim to support you in developing your leadership skills.
Following the residential, you will take part in a 12-month learning and development programme where you will be supported to create and implement a project of your choice within your local football community that will have a positive impact on the national game.
This event is co-created and co-delivered by The FA National Youth Council (FANYC) and The FA.
The four-day residential that will kick off FALA23 will take place between Monday 24th - Thursday 27th July at Mercure Walton Hall, Jubilee Dr, Walton, Wellesbourne, Warwick, CV35 9HG. When in attendance between the 24th-27th July, the cost of your accommodation and meals will be covered. However, we do not cover the cost of your travel to and from the venue (we would not want this to be a barrier for anyone wanting to attend, if this is the case please get in touch and we will see how we can support you).
