RESPECT TEAMS OF THE SEASON

Nine teams received 100 percent Respect scores

On a weekly basis, after every football game, youth teams receive a Respect score from their opponents.  Their scores are based on based on the behaviours of players, team officials, and spectators; a national FA intervention to promote Respect and reduce poor behaviour.

At a local level we have worked with our youth leagues as part of the Respect, Reward, and Intervention programme by taking monthly Respect scores and recognising and rewarding the teams who achieved 100 percent scores.

The aim of the Respect, Reward and Intervention is to improve behaviour at games and create the right environments for players and match officials to ensure that football is fun, safe and inclusive.

Congratulations to the nine winning teams, who were awarded with a £30 kitlocker voucher.
