Emerging Talent Centre Roadshow
The England Talent Pathway is changing. From the 2023/2024 season Girls’ Emerging Talent Centres will be replacing Regional Talent Pathways to create a greater accessibility to the player pathway.
We would like to invite parents, teachers, grassroots coaches and providers of football to our ETC Roadshow to discuss The FA’s Vision, the changes to the talent pathway and why the changes are important.
There will also be an opportunity for you to meet the Director from each Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) and hear about their ethos and philosophy and the player benefits. There will also be an opportunity to review an ETC session.
Everyone has a part to play in spotting talent, the ETC are looking for players to be referred to the new centres ahead of the 2023/2024 season from ANY playing environment, including grassroots football clubs (mixed and girls Only), schools and community environments.
Upcoming ETC Workshops
If you’re a teacher, grassroots coach or parent wanting to know more about the changes to the England Talent Pathway, then our ETC workshops are perfect for you.
The workshops are completely free to attend and will demonstrate how you can refer players and what talent looks like.
