Rainbow Laces Sheffield

Take part in our EDI Survey

Help us understand more about our football community

We are committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to be part of the game – regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity, ability or disability, faith or age.

As part of our commitment, it is vital that we gather and analyse data to measure our progression in being a more equal, diverse and inclusive football community.

One of the ways we do this is by encouraging all players, referees, coaches and club officials to complete a short Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Survey via their FA account.

Why is it important I take part?

The Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA is currently working towards achieving the Equality Standard for Sports.

In order to qualify for the preliminary level of the Award, we, as an association, need to collect Equality, Diversity and Inclusion data from the Football Community within our region and meet targets set out by Sport England.

The data helps us get a very clear picture of our community, which we can then use to compare to national and local statistics to allow us to uncover where our efforts are best placed, and further our understanding of our whole community and how to best serve its needs, as well as allowing us to monitor how it grows & changes after each season.

How do I take part?

Just complete the short 5 minute survey by following the instructions below:
