Female Football Facility Offer

Sheffield City Trust are making facilities accessible and affordable for female football

Groups and organisations who are delivering female football programmes can now reap the benefit of discounted facility hire through Sheffield City Trust.

Facility spaces are available indoor and outdoor, and are available at all of their sites;

“We already have groups delivering soccercise and walking football for women which is great to see.  We want to support groups with affordable facility hire and sustainable projects.  With the Women’s Euro’s just around the corner we want to give women and girls’ the opportunity to get involved in activities in their local area”.

Bramall Lane Stadium is set to host three group stage fixtures and one semi-final for the UEFA Women’s Euros this summer.  The Netherlands will play Sweden on 9th July in the first game in Sheffield.  Sweden then takes on Switzerland on 13th July, and Switzerland play Netherlands on 17th July.  The semi-final fixture takes place on 26th July.
