On Thursday 8th March at 2:00pm the funeral service will take place for Jack Parramore at Hutcliffe Crematoria. 

Jack supported local football in many capacities for over 70 years. These included roles at Grimesthorpe Old Boys in the City League and more recently with Frecheville in the County Senior League. 

As part of his commitment to football, Jack was awarded his 50 years of service medal by The FA in the late 90's. 

It is the hard work, dedication and ongoing support from individuals like Jack that allow local football to continue to operate and for so many to enjoy the beautiful game. 

From all at Sheffield and Hallamshire County FA, we thank you Jack for you time and commitment to supporting football and we hope your efforts will allow the continuity of football across South Yorkshire. 

Jack's family have welcomed all who knew him to attend the funeral this Thursday, however, family flowers only and all donations will go to the British Heart Foundation.
