Soccercise combines a variety of fitness exercises with a football. The class is delivered to music and based on repetitions of specific exercises (i.e. press-ups, squats, sit-ups). Added to this is working with footballs that adds co-ordination and core stability to familiar exercises. It builds skill and confidence of working with a football. Footballs are provided and you don’t need specialised kit just trainers and comfortable clothing!

Never tried Futsal before? Futsal is a different format of the game, taking place indoors, with a slightly smaller ball and with games played in teams of 5. The taster session gives a good overview of futsal, but also plenty of chance to play with the game being very quick paced, ideal for some fun fitness work. You don’t have to have played before, come along give it a go and give futsal a go.
Weekly sessions take place at Hillsborough Leisure Centre, starting Tuesday 19th January 13.30-14.15 pm and the sessions are completely FREE!
