Womens Recreational Football

    •
Sheffield & Hallamshire CFA is keen to give females the opportunity to get involved in football, no matter their experience, age or ability. There are a number of recreational offers to cater for everyone across our County.

Soccercise

Soccercise combines a variety of fitness exercises with a football. The class is delivered to music and based on repetitions of specific exercises (i.e. press-ups, squats, sit-ups). Added to this is working with footballs that adds co-ordination and core stability to familiar exercises. It builds skill and confidence of working with a football. Footballs are provided and you don’t need specialised kit just trainers and comfortable clothing!

You don’t have to have played before, come along give it a go and give futsal a go.
