Equal Game Workshop

Looking for support to help you grow female participation at your club? We have everything you need.

Together with England Football and supported by Barclays, we are delivering a free face-to-face workshop to explore everything you need to know to grow and develop female football at your club.

Having a female pathway can help your club to increase your England Football Accreditation status from 1 star to 2 star or possibly 2 star to 3 star. The Equal Game workshop provides clubs with top tips and ideas that can be included in your England Football Accreditation development plan.

The workshop covers club identity and governance, marketing, finance, facilities and workforce to ensure that your club is built to last.

Equal Game Toolkit

The Equal Game Toolkit offers practical advice and guidance for those looking to start or grow female participation, with the opportunity to self-assess your existing offer and figure out the next steps your club should take. The Equal Game Workshop brings this to life, so we'd recommend exploring the online Toolkit prior to attending a workshop.
