Staying Active at Home

#StayInWorkOut

The Coronavirus crisis is unprecedented in modern times, and with everyone now spending a lot more time at home,it could have a significantly negative impact on the nation’s physical activity levels.

We don’t want that to happen, which is why we are going to be joining in with Sport England’s join the movement campaign using the hashtag #StayInWorkOut to show how people can continue to keep active at home. There are plenty of useful resources to stay active on the campaign pages which can be found here:
https://www.sportengland.org/stayinworkout

We want to encourage our clubs to join in too by showing us how you are keeping active at home.

Who should get involved?

We’d like to see coaches & players (over 18) from our grassroots clubs demonstrate how they are keeping active at home or set challenges for their players who are U18.

To find plenty of useful resources for football activities for children at home make sure you download the FA superkicks app.

Tag us in using @SHCFA on twitter or @SheffieldCFA on facebook and we will share the best videos

  • Please do not share any videos or images of children without prior written consent
