During November we saw 8 teams nominated for a host of reasons. Teams included Youth teams, Ladies Teams and Men’s Teams.

November’s winners were selected for their determination to continue with a game due to unforeseen circumstances whilst showing RESPECT and the commitment to themselves, their club and others.

The November Respect Team of the Month Winners are:

Sheffield Wednesday Ladies

The Referee of the game gave this statement:

“Sheffield Wednesday Ladies played majority of the game with 8 players due to injury and illness, they showed RESPECT and commitment to themselves and their club and continued to playing to the best of their ability. They are a great advert for their club and their league”

Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA Lead RESPECT Officer, Lisa Glaves commented:

 “It is nice to see adult women’s team being recognised for RESPECT during their games. It is a great advert for young grassroot girls clubs to aspire to be like their older peers. Well done ladies!”

Sheffield Wednesday Ladies will officially be awarded Respect Team of the Month by Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA for the month of November. They will receive a trophy, certificate and respect goodies for the players.
