The 9 aside tournament gives new and existing teams the chance to support the England Lionesses and showcase the women’s game at a local level.  On Sunday 23rd July, at Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park, we welcome teams, groups of friends and individuals to get involved in an afternoon of football.

The format of the afternoon will consist of a number of 9v9 games, as well as opportunities to socialise and relax.  Music and refreshments will also be available.  Teams must have a minimum of nine players and unlimited substitutes are allowed.  All women over the age of 16 are eligible to play in the tournament. 

We would like to welcome players from all backgrounds and would encourage new people or players returning to the game, to come and get involved as well.  We will provide a ‘no pressure’ environment for all players.  Bibs will be provided for players if needed but please ensure you have shorts, football boots and shinguards.

Team Entry Fee:  £25 per team (to be paid upfront)
Individual Entry Fee:  £3 per player (to be paid on the day)

The deadline for entries is the 17th of July, your team must have entered and paid by this date in order to take part in the tournament.
