Girls FA Regional Talent Club Trials

Trials are being held across the region to identify and develop girls with elite potential.

The FA Girls’ Regional Talent Club Programme is in place to identify and support the development of female elite players and provide appropriate levels of coaching and support through the talent pathway. 

Trials are being held at local Regional Talent Clubs throughout the month of June.  Details of these can be found below;

Doncaster Rovers Belles


  • Trials for U10, U12, U14 and U16
  • 1st, 6th, 8th and 13th June
  • Sheffield Hallamshire Sport Park, S9 1UA

Additional information:

To apply, you must meet all of the criteria below;


  • Player’s home address must be within 1 hour and 30 minutes travel time of the RTC base
  • Players must have an English parent or an English grandparent or must have been educated in England for at least five consecutive years

Age group eligibility;


  • U10s - Players born from 1st September 2007 – 31st August 2009
  • U12s - Players born from 1st September 2005 - 31st August 2007
  • U14s - Players born from 1st September 2003 - 31st August 2005
  • U16s - Players born from 1st September 2001 - 31st August 2003
