So whether this is your first time taking part in a competition or you're back for another season determined to lift the cup this year, you'll find all you need to know about the competitions; who to contact, what you need to do, and the answers to some common questions.

Each club competing shall receive a text from the Full-Time System on the day of their fixture which they will need to respond to within 2 days of the completion of the game with the result.
If you cannot fulfill your fixture you will need to contact support@sheffieldfa.com ASAP
If you have no response from opposition, please contact the County FA so that we can support you with this process.
No. In line with the Senior Cup, from 2022-23 all matches which are level on score at the end of normal time will be decided by the taking of penalties. No extra time to be played.
The only exception is for semi-finals and finals.

If the referee has notified you that they cannot officiate the fixture, you will need to contact Russ.Lagden@sheffieldfa.com to have a new referee allocated to your fixture.
As per FA rules, fee limits are set by the sanctioning Association. The following fees apply:
- U7-U10 - £20*
- U11-U14 - £25
- U15-U16 - £30
- U17-U18 - £35
- Open age - £40
*Double games to be set at £27

- Referee £45
- Assistant Referee £30
