ArtWorks Design Competition

See your winning artwork in Sheffield City Centre

A new, exciting design competition is taking place in Sheffield ahead of the Women’s Euro 2022 tournament.

The ArtWorks artists have designed a competition for all Sheffield residents to celebrate the Women's EUROS this year and would like to invite YOU to take part!

“At ArtWorks we are very excited about the women's games this year and want to support the growth of women's football towards an equal level to the men. With this in mind, we have produced a short documentary film called Football Stories and a competition for everyone in Sheffield to get involved.”

The task for the competition is to watch the video and create artwork in response to it. Selected artwork from the competition will be displayed on cement blocks around the Sheffield City Centre throughout the course of the EUROS in July. This means that the artwork will be seen by thousands of local people and tourists visiting Sheffield for the games.
