On Monday 7th June, at 6:00 pm, we are hosting an online ‘Grass Pitch Improvement workshop’ and welcome volunteers and grounds people from grassroots clubs to join us. 

The online session will be a chance for you to speak with our Regional Pitch Advisor from the Grounds Management Association about any grass funded projects you are currently involved in, or ones that you may be interested in. 

The session will focus on the following;

• Supporting clubs who are in receipt of the Enhanced Grass Pitch Maintenance Fund (from 2020)
• Guiding clubs who have applied, or are looking to apply, for the Grass Pitch Maintenance Fund (available now)
• Using the new online Pitch Power assessment tool to help you understand the quality of your grass pitches and recommended maintenance 
• Small Grants scheme
