The implementation of the Female Coaches Club was designed to inspire, develop and support existing and new female volunteers and coaches within football across South Yorkshire.

Below is some of the successes that the club has achieved in the 18/19 season:

• 6 CPD events 
• 46  new members
• 15 coaches supported with 25% discount bursary
• 3x Level 1 Goalkeeping Bursaries
• 1X Level 2 Goalkeeping bursary
• UEFA B accepted for 2 female coaches

• Development of 15 new referees

Towards the end of the season, we worked with our members across the female game to gather feedback about the Female Coaches Club and our support we offer to the workforce in female football. Through analysis of this feedback we decided to adapt the club and have now developed ‘The Female Game Development Group’.

We decided to adapt the female coaches club as we wanted to offer a ‘For All’ approach when offering CPD’s and the group’s benefits. The group will be open for all working across the female game.

We have worked on setting out a program with a range of events that will support coaches, club officials & referees at different levels across the game.
