Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA are delighted to announce Aaron Bannister as our new Football Development Officer (Referees). 

Aaron joins us with a wealth of experience in both Refereeing and working with County Football Associations and will bring this experience to the role.

What is your job role?

As Football Development Officer (Referees), my role is to recruit and retain a diverse workforce to ensure 100% coverage in all leagues associated with Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA. I will also create development opportunities for our Referee and Volunteer workforce.

Where are you from?

Featherstone, West Yorkshire

Interesting fact?

As I am from a Rugby League town, I am a season ticket holder at Featherstone Rovers Rugby League, currently in the Championship.
