A number of clubs across the Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA region will be looking to promote Football Festivals during 1917, to enable clubs and teams to register for the tournaments.
WANT IF OUR CLUB WANTS TO PROMOTE A FESTIVAL
If you are wanting to promote a festival then forward the relevant information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org in good time and the festivals will be promoted on this section of the website.
HOWEVER before sending the information please read the section below and make sure you have sent the information requested to the County FA in the stipulated time scales.
Any Club wishing to hold a Competition/Tournament must sanction the Competition with their parent County Association at least 14 days prior to the Competition taking place. An application form for sanction of the Competition should be fully completed and returned to the offices of the Association together with the competition fee, copy of the Rules of the Competition and a full list of the teams taking part.
If any competition has teams competing from abroad then this needs to receive sanction of The Football Association and details should be submitted to them at least 28 days prior to the Competition taking place.
If any Club affiliated with the Sheffield and Hallamshire County F.A. wishes to compete in a Competition whether through this Association or any other Association, then they should seek permission from the County F.A. (No form or cost involved)
Any Club wishes to play matches against foreign teams (abroad) then they need to seek sanction from The Football Association at least 28 days prior to the Competition taking place. There is a form which needs to be completed by the Club and then authorised by the County F.A. prior to it being submitted to The Football Association (Wembley Stadium).
