West Riding County FA Referee Development Officer Post

Our colleagues at West Riding County FA are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Referee Development Officer (RDO) to join our Referees team....

Your 'can-do' attitude will positively influence the experience of registered referees and seek to engage and deploy new referees.  The role will form a partnership with our existing RDO Mark Haywood and will report to the Football Development Manager.

The applicant will need to be able to demonstrate, both in their application and at interview, their ability to deliver our County FA Vision and Values:

The role holder will be expected to work evenings and weekends as and when the business requires.
