The event is being held in collaboration with HIVSport, the Football Association, the Rugby Football League, Barnsley Football Club, The League Managers Association, Northern Refugee Centre and UNITE the union, amongst others.

The day is aimed at sports players, managers, coaches, teachers and lecturers as well as voluntary / community and youth sports clubs and associations.
Attendance is free but anyone wishing to attend is requested to complete and return the application form as soon as possible with a refundable £15 deposit to secure a place.
Refreshments including buffet lunch are also provided free of charge.
Creche places can be provided subject to availability on request (please book early).
