This exciting new position will report to the County Development Manager and will commence at the beginning of July 2008.

Knowledge of relevant funding agencies

The successful candidate will fulfill the following roles:-
• Support the County Development Manager in ensuring that the Football Development Team works effectively to deliver the County Plan.
• Be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the football workforce including delivery of Key Performance Indicators.
• Be responsible for the delivery of specific areas of the County Plan.
You need to be passionate and committed to the development of football at a local level. You must be able to motivate people, work under pressure, and be willing to work flexible hours, handle multiple priorities and be well organised and meet deadlines.
In addition, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels. You need to have credible experience in sport/football development. The post will require the need to travel extensively in the local area.
The Post is initially a fixed term contract that will terminate on 1st July 2011.
Circa £26,000.00 - £29,000.00
