Female Mentoring Programme
As the popularity of the game for girls and women continues to go from strength to strength, the demand for a dedicated, qualified workforce of coaches and support staff is crucial to ensure the adequate provision and positive development of our players.
The Female Mentoring programme aims to increase knowledge and confidence amongst active coaches and offer ongoing advice and support, regardless of each coach’s level. The programme is supported by FA Regional Coach Development Manager Julie Chipchase.
Workshops and courses will be organised exclusively for members of the scheme.
All the workshops and courses will be subsidised for members.
A benefits package is available to all coaches on the scheme, which includes financial support on coaching courses.
As part of your commitment you are required to attend at least two meetings per year and in return we can offer you bursaries on coaching courses such as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Age Appropriate, FA Skills Module and Refereeing.
