Female Mentoring Programme
As the popularity of the game for girls and women continues to go from strength to strength, the demand for a dedicated, qualified workforce of coaches and support staff is crucial to ensure the adequate provision and positive development of our players.
The Female Mentoring programme aims to increase knowledge and confidence amongst active coaches and offer ongoing advice and support, regardless of each coach’s level. The programme is supported by FA Regional Coach Development Manager Julie Chipchase.
Workshops and courses are organised for members of the scheme. All our female courses are subsidised slightly to encourage members to enrol.
