The League boasted 21 Adult Male teams across five divisions plus one Adult Female division during the 2010/2011 Season. Adult Male teams play 7-a-side at the higher divisions and 5-a-side at lower divisions. Adult Female teams play 5-a-side games.
For the 2011/2012 Season the League will also be introducing Under 16 Male (Y9-Y11) and Under 13 Mixed (Y5-Y8) divisions for the first time. Longer term the League has aspirations to introduce an Under 16 Female (Y9-Y11) division, hopefully in time for the 2012/2013 Season. All youth divisions are played as 5-a-side games.
All games are played across four quality venues within South Yorkshire, with each division having one fixture date per month during September, October, November, February, March, April and May. All fixtures take place on Sunday afternoons and are officiated by FA qualified referees.
